RULES AND REGULATIONS

Students are required to strictly adhere to the instructions issued by the Principal and teachers from time to time.

All students must carry their Identity Card regularly and produce it whenever demanded by the college authorities.

Students are expected to maintain regularity and punctuality in attending classes and practical sessions. Timely submission of assignments is mandatory, failing which disciplinary action may be taken.

The college expects 100% attendance in both theory and practical sessions. A relaxation of up to 20% may be granted on valid grounds with prior approval of the Principal. However, under no circumstances shall attendance fall below 75% separately in theory and practical, failing which the student shall be detained from appearing in university examinations.

Students who fail to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each theory and practical component will not be permitted to appear in the I, II, or III sessional examinations. Attendance shall be calculated from the first day of the academic session, and no excuses shall be entertained.

Ragging in any form, within or outside the college, is strictly prohibited. Any student found involved shall be summarily expelled from the college.

Students identified as weak in certain subjects shall be required to attend additional classes as notified and must demonstrate necessary improvement.

Students must regularly check the notice board and institutional website for updates. The college shall not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused due to negligence in reading notices.

Smoking, as well as the consumption of chewing gum, gutkha, or pan, is strictly prohibited within the college premises.

The use of electronic communication devices such as mobile phones and pagers is strictly prohibited within the college premises.

Students must refrain from any activity that may cause damage to college property. Any such act will be treated seriously, and the cost of damage shall be recovered from the concerned student.

Students shall be bound by the rules and regulations framed by the college from time to time. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the college.

The above rules are subject to modification or amendment as deemed necessary by the Principal. The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on all students.

The notice board and the institutional website shall be considered the only authorised means of communication with students and other stakeholders.
