Mr. Akash Das is a postgraduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, having successfully completed his Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from the Department of Pharmacy, Tripura University. His academic and research experience has provided him with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical and analytical chemistry, with particular expertise in analytical method development using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). He also possesses working knowledge of advanced analytical and spectroscopic techniques, including Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, Liquid Chromatography–High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (LC-HRMS), Infrared (IR) spectroscopy, and UV–Visible spectrophotometry.
His research interests primarily encompass the synthesis, characterization, and analytical evaluation of arylidene and spirooxindole derivatives, with a focus on exploring their potential pharmaceutical applications. His background in synthetic, analytical, and structural chemistry enables him to approach pharmaceutical research from both chemical and analytical perspectives. He is particularly interested in contributing to research in drug discovery, medicinal and synthetic chemistry, and analytical method development, with the aim of supporting the development and characterization of novel pharmaceutical compounds.
